WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT NABLUS EAST PROJECT - PALESTINE

Nablus Municipality in cooperation with Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) would like to invite the eligible qualified bidders or Joint Ventures to tender the following Bid:

Implementation of Sewerage Networks in Azmout, Deir Al Hatab and Salem

The Tender is open to Local Palestinian Contractors registered in the Palestinian Contractors Union and which have the National Classification Committee Certificate as Grade 1 in the field of Water and Sewerage (درجة أولى في مجال المیاه والمجاري). The average financial annual turn-over of the past 5 (five) years must be equal or exceed EUR 3.0 million.

Tender Documents can be collected from the Contracting Department of Nablus Municipality, starting from Wednesday, October 28th, 2020 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 1,500 NIS.

The pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 25th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a site visit. Bids shall be submitted to the Contracting Department, Nablus Municipality on Monday, December 28th, 2020 before 12:00 a.m. Each Bid shall be accompanied with a Bid Security in an amount of 100,000 Euro (One Hundred Thousand Euro) valid for 180 days after the deadline for the submission of the Bids, and to be delivered to the address below:

تعلن بلدية نابلس عن طرح العطاء التالي وذلك بطريقة الظرف المختوم
عطاء توريد دهانات مختلفة لاعمال دهان الشوارع

وذلك وفق المواصفات وجداول الكميات والشروط المرفقة بالعطاء، فعلى الراغبين في التقدم لهذا العطاء مراعاة الشروط التالية:-
1- يجب على المورد أن يكون مسجلاً رسمياً في دوائر الضريبة.
2- يجب على المورد تقديم كفالة تأمين ابتدائي بقيمة (2000) شيكل وذلك بموجب كفالة بنكية سارية المفعول لمدة لاتقل عن 90 يوماً تبدأ من تاريخ آخر يوم لتسليم العروض المعلن للعطاء أو شيك بنكي أو مبلغ نقدي يودع في صندوق البلدية ولا تقبل الشيكات الشخصية.
3- الأسعار شاملة لجميع الضرائب بما فيها ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
4- البلدية غير ملزمة بأقل الأسعار حال كان مخالف لشروط العطاء.
5- كل مورد يرغب في التقدم لهذا العطاء يستطيع الحصول على نسخة من العطاء من مكتب العطاءات في مقر بلدية نابلس مقابل مبلغ غير مسترد وقدره (100) شيكل أو ما يعادلها بعد تقديم براءة ذمة سارية المفعول تفيد انه مسدد للالتزامات المالية المترتبة عليه لبلدية نابلس.
6- أخر موعد لتسليم العروض الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الاثنين الموافق 21/9/2020 في مقر بلدية نابلس قسم العطاءات والمشتريات، العطاءات الالكترونية غير مقبولة، العطاءات المتأخرة عن موعد التسليم سيتم رفضها، سيتم فتح العروض بحضور المقاولين أو ممثليهم والذين يرغبون بذلك على العنوان : قاعة بلدية نابلس - الساعة 12 ظهرا بتاريخ 21/9/2020.

إعلان مزايدة علنية مزايدة علنية لبيع مواد

تعلن بلدية نابلس عن رغبتها بإجراء مزايدة علنية لبيع المواد التالية
1- مواد حديدية تالفة (خردة)
2- نحاس اصفر (عدادات مياه تالفة )
3- نحاس احمر (كوابل سيارات)
وذلك حسب شروط المزايدة المعتمدة والتي يمكن الحصول عليها من قسم العطاءات والمشتريات في بلدية نابلس خلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي وذلك على النحو التالي:-
1- يمكن معاينة المواد اعتبارا من تاريخ نشر الاعلان وخلال ساعات الدوام الرسمي في المواقع المحددة حسب الكشف المرفق في شروط المزاد.
2- تكون المزايدة علنية على المواد المعروضة للبيع وتكون المزايدة على الطن الواحد لكل نوع على حدا
3- تبدأ المزايدة في تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة من ظهر يوم الاثنين الموافق 21/9/2020 وتحدد اللجنة المشرفة موعد انتهائها.
4- كل من يرغب بالاشتراك في المزايدة المذكورة أعلاه يدفع تأمينا مقداره (2500) شيكل لكل نوع معروض للبيع ويكون التأمين منفصل ولا يجوز دمج اكثر من تامين ويكون التأمين مسترد حسب القانون وذلك بموجب مبلغ نقدي أو شك بنكي ولا تقبل الشيكات الشخصية نهائيا
5- يتحمل من يرسو عليه المزاد مصاريف النقل والتحميل والتنزيل والتوزين.
6- رسوم الإعلان وأجرة الدلال على من يرسو عليه المزاد
7- البلدية غير ملزمة بالأسعار المقدمة ولها الحق بإلغاء المزايدة وإعادة الطرح مرة أخرى حال كانت الأسعار اقل من تقديرات البلدية.

Nablus Municipality (NM) intends to implement a treated wastewater reuse irrigation scheme in an area 2,800 donum (280 ha) close to the existing of Nablus West WWTP (NW/WWTP). The agricultural lands within the area are presently cultivated with rain-fed crops or are uncultivated.
The overall objective of the Nablus project is to make best use of the treated wastewater (reclaimed water) from NW/WWTP for agricultural production.
The related Works shall be implemented in two lots.
Lot 1 comprises mainly:
1. Construction of tertiary treatment facilities at the NW/WWTP with a capacity of approx. 11,000 m3/d, consisting of Continuous Sand Filters incl. design of the concrete basin required, approx. 1,000 m3 balance tank, 2+1 pumps with a maximum capacity of 275 m3/h each incl. surge vessel, and UV disinfection;
2. Construction of a pressure main DN 500 DI PN 16 with a length of approx. 3,000 m, overcoming a height difference of approximately 100 m to the irrigation tank near Burqa, including trenchless crossing of the main road to Tulkarem (road no. 57) and 2 wadi crossings by pipe bridges;
3. Construction of approx. 2,500 m3 irrigation reservoir near Burqa including access road of approx. 250 m length; and
4. Western part of the main irrigation distribution system consisting of DN 500 HDPE which will be installed in the same trench as the new transmission main to the irrigation reservoir (above item 2).

Works will be tendered in accordance with KfW Standard Procurement Documents. Lot 1 shall be implemented under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, Multilateral Development Bank Harmonised Edition of June 2010 (FIDIC Pink Book) as licensed by KfW.
